Groupe CTT has acquired a new generation textile shredder\/defibrator to produce recycled textile prototypes. This device transforms textile scraps into fibers ready to be reused through various production techniques such as non-woven, spinning, weaving, knitting and much more.
\nThis equipment can process a wide range of textiles such as post-industrial, post-consumer materials, clothing, personal protective equipment or technical textiles, providing endless possibilities for your industrial recycling projects.
\nSuccessfully completed validations include standard recycled materials, such as denim, fine and heavy knits. Some products obtained were also refined using our prototyping card, optimizing their quality and reuse potential.<\/p>\n

In addition to the lab shredder\/defibrator, our complete fleet of equipment is at your disposal to bring your projects to life, including a ring spinning line with the opportunity to develop a core yarn, as well as yarn assembly, weaving, knitting, manufacturing of non-woven and a finishing ream, for tailor-made results adapted to your needs.<\/p>\n
